Legoland - Florida

Legoland had everything we could have asked for as a vegan family! After a disappointing stay food-wise in Ft. Myers Beach, Legoland was the perfect way to end our trip. We didn’t have to cook for ourselves once or try to cobble a meal together from side dishes.

We chose Legoland because we weren’t ready (financially or otherwise) to go to Disney World with a 1 year old and a 5 year old. Our kids aren’t particularly into Legos and only had Duplos (the bigger legos geared toward littler kids) before our trip, but you don’t need to even like Legos to love this park.

Legoland is designed for kids under 10 years old so it is the perfect introduction to a theme park.

I highly recommend staying on premises at one of the Legoland Hotels - Legoland Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel or the Beach Retreat. The Legoland Hotel and Pirate Island Hotel are both directly next to the park so you seriously walk out of the hotel door and the park entrance is right there. The Legoland Hotel and Pirate Island Hotel are basically the same hotel - they share a lobby and are connected by a short hallway. All the Pirate Hotel rooms are pirate themed, but Legoland Hotel has a bunch of themes to choose from.

The Pirate Hotel restaurant is called ShipWreck

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
